I help organizations communicate with clarity through brand design, creative leadership, and thoughtful visual storytelling.

Currently Director of Design at the Archdiocese of Chicago, I’m responsible for maintaining design standards and supporting all aspects of visual graphics throughout this multifaceted organization. Working closely with the Creative Director, I supervise and mentor a design team while working hands-on to increase awareness, inspire involvement, and engender trust among the diverse community served by the archdiocese. During my more than 20 years with Crosby Associates, the current archdiocesan brand was created. In 2019, I was brought in-house by the archdiocese to ensure the brand’s graceful implementation and to promote organizational buy-in. A communications professional with design, production, writing and editing expertise, my experience extends to print, digital, social media and project management, including web, video and AI prompts.

Prior to joining Crosby Associates, I was a designer with Atlantic Richfield Corporation (ARCO Products Co., now BP) where I was involved in project management and production of promotional signing, point-of-purchase materials, and retail interior design. I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Connecticut College in New London, CT, and an executive education certificate in Business Prospectives for Creative Leaders from the Yale School of Management.
